Fresh Catering LLC is one of few companies in Azerbaijan who has been certified both on ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System and ISO 22000:2005- Food Safety Management System for Production of Soups, Beverages, Cold and Hot Dishes for Catering. The certificate has been granted by Bureau Veritas – global leader in independent Testing, Inspection and Certification since 1828.

2010

Our story began in 2010 with the Vision to become preferred provider of catering services in Azerbaijan market.

2011

This year we have managed to acquire our angel customers. One of the first was Pasha Construction.

2012

Customer base expansion that helped us to assure a consistent growth and readiness for other successful projects.

2013

Certification on ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System and ISO 22000:2005- Food Safety Management System

2014/2015

Catering services for the 1st European Games project. One of our most challenging projects ended with client appreciation note.

2016/2017

Including our last 4th Islamic Solidarity Games Project we served 1M+ people over the last 7 years and still counting…

HEALTHY FOOD

We analyze nutrition information and energy value of the food to come up with healthy and balanced menu for the clients to ensure the person’s body receives all nutrients it needs without experiencing any digestive problems. For instance, the list of the meals for the employees engaged in heavy physical activity will be different from the one compiled for white-collars staff.

Also we pay attention whether food will be delivered as packed one or served at the location, because different products have different shelf life.

FRESH FOOD

We consume only locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables from trusted suppliers because it’s crucial for us to use organic food free of any pesticides, hormones or other chemicals. The purchasing of the food is done on a daily basis.

Meat and poultry is also purchased through local suppliers to avoid usage of any processed or frozen products in our dishes.

ASSORTED FOOD

We offer wide selection of food and beverages. There are about 100 main courses, 50 appetizers and about 50 diet meals to assure that the same dish will not be repeated on the menu more than once in three weeks.

Our extensive menus offer a vast array of enticing appetizers, entrees and desserts sure to satisfy the most discerning palates.

Our Team

We work internally and externally in a collaborative environment based on trust, joint commitment and respect. We started our business with a small number of employees and today we are proud to say that our staff has grown to 200 of permanent employee, and include those who were with us from the very beginning. Over the years we have also developed a database of trusted and reliable contractors for involvement in significant projects.
